Frequently asked questions:
What are the materials and the quality of your jewelry pieces?
We use only high quality materials to create and design each piece of jewelry. We purchase from a reputable supplier who has been in business for over 15 years. Our beads, toggles, and other jewelry components are made from: Sterling Silver (.925), ocassionaly we use other materials but they will always be noted, e.g. leather. We use Genuine Swarovski Crystals (not Czech Glass), Miyuki Delica beads for the Amulets and our Semi-Precious stones are hand picked for quality assurance. All lampwork glass beads are made of Moretti, Effetri, Morenci, Vetrofond and/or Lauscha Glass.
Since most pieces are handmade, they'll vary from one another.
How do I clean my jewelry?
Due to exposure to natural elements your jewelry can dull when it gets dirty! However it's very easy to care for and clean your sterling silver restoring it to its brightest shine. The best way to clean your jewelry is with a silver polishing cloth. (Available at any department store) Our suggestion is not to use 'Jewelry Dips' on your jewelry. The harsh chemicals can damage the silver, as well as semiprecious stones and dull glass should never be exposed to them. If you have any questions about what to use on your jewelry, please don't hesitate to give us a call or drop us an email and we will give you specific instructions for your piece.
How do you ship your jewelry pieces?
Priority Mail, with or without insurance, always wrapped in bubble wrap or bubble wrap envelope to ensure save shipping. Since Shipping costs are the customers responsibility and you need rush or other delivery options, please state in e-mail and we'll contact you with the exact price prior to shipment.
